VISION STATEMENT – To train at least 10000 individuals in First Responder Program by March 2015, in Uttarakhand.

Training is being headed by Dr. ( Major) L.M.S. Negi, a Pediatrician trained in Adolescent Health and Sports Medicine. Dr. Negi has done following courses in Emergency Medicine and Pre Hospital Care.
Basic Life Support and Advance Cardio Vascular Life Support. (American Heart Association), Pediatric-Advance Life Support and Neonatal Advance Life Support.
In his +30 years of professional carrier he has served Indian Army, National Thermal Power Corporation, Gas Authority of India, S.M.I Hospital of S.G.R.R. Medical College, Dehradun , THE DOON SCHOOL and Emergency Management and Research Institute ( 108 ambulance services), Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
As head of Emergency Medicine Learning and Care in the Emergency Management and Research Institute (108 services) he has planned and executed training of about 750 paramedics and pilots from Uttarakhand, Rajasthan and Meghalaya, as per Stanford University Program, and 739 individuals, (NCC Cadets, Forest officials, EMRI staff) for first responder program as per American Heart Association.
During last one year he has conducted workshops at Govt. Medical College Srinagar, Garhwal, at RudraPrayag and at various places in Dehradun. Delivered talks on Pre Hospital Care and First Responder Program, at Himalayan Institute Medical Sciences, Jollygrant, I.M.A. Uttarakhand, I.M.A. Dehradun, Association of P.M.S.(Govt.) Doctors and H.A.I. Kampty (Mussoorie), The Doon School (Dehra Dun), Rural Development Institute (HIHT, Jolly Grant), 29 NCC Bn, and RLEK (Rural Litigation and Entitlement Kendra, Dehra Dun). Total number of persons trained till date is more than 2600, out of which 710 have been trained this year (as on Sept 19, 2009).
We have a dedicated team of instructors including International Trauma Life Support Instructors.
